Yik Sheng Lee many of us are qualified, unfortunately it's rather difficult to gain the required number of agents to create a tecthulhu for this unless you are a member of a clique that is interested in taking part. I'm my area no one that I usually interact with are interested, which is sad since I'm figuring out alot necessary foot work to create a truly interesting tecthulhu (which I'm doing in part to streamline my own ongoing glyph based projects).
No matter what when the general observer rsvp goes like live I will go sign up. Hopefully, I can manage to get the relique-tecthulhu active from withing the camps WiFi so it could interact with the anomalous zone.
