Yik Sheng Lee many of us are qualified, unfortunately it's rather difficult to gain the required number of agents to create a tecthulhu for this unless you are a member of a clique that is interested in taking part. I'm my area no one that I usually interact with are interested, which is sad since I'm figuring out alot necessary foot work to create a truly interesting tecthulhu (which I'm doing in part to streamline my own ongoing glyph based projects).
No matter what when the general observer rsvp goes like live I will go sign up. Hopefully, I can manage to get the relique-tecthulhu active from withing the camps WiFi so it could interact with the anomalous zone.
Jason McHenry I'm from an area that is heavily divided into cliques. Out of the players I tend to interact with the most none seem interested in the event especially since it's not an anomaly.

The thing about Oliver Lynton-Wolfe that we have to remember is that his thirst for knowledge is complete... unquenchable. His intellectual curiosity is almost an addiction. It's gotten him into trouble in the past... #InvestigateIngress http://investigate.ingress.com/2016/04/21/change-the-universe/
