    I'll go with the worst possible scenario:NIA will get zero funding. Somehow, however, Oliver Lynton-Wolfe​​​ will end up with a nice mountain of cash to create more tecthulhus.

    an eventuality that I had not ever thought, in fact, is that the NIA could get to the point of having liquidity problems.
    As a government section, or in some way affiliated, I assumed it had funds - almost - unlimited.

    If the scenario of power linked to the economic possibilities will change the future, I have a sneaking suspicion that the Hulong Transglobal​ could supplant any other power on the board.

    I have it on good authority the purse strings are now being held by people who are inclined to support convenient pseudoscience. Large scale mind control can be very convenient. We should be on our guard against self-serving narrative deception in this briefing should it eventually leak.

    JoJo Stratton​​ linked to a document between Phillips and an unknown individual within possibly the US government.

    As far as I can remember that's the only time where the NIA was at any financial risk.

    My question is, why now is the NIA at risk of funding loss?
