When was the last time. Oliver Lynton-Wolfe or Roland Jarvis we're seen since they Recursed? Would either of them have the motive to kill Ken Owen?
ReplyDeleteIt could be possible that he met in a different location and was drugged. As moving a body after shooting would leave behind too much of a trail.

The whole Exo Precursors topic worries me. With how scant the information is, the Enlightened don't know what they have in their hands. Or how they/it works. It's a risk that may not be worth taking. Yes, we may find out much more, but it also could lead to a full on ingression.
ReplyDeleteIt's good that you found out something about what happened to Owens. But an unknown person may have set up a meeting there. Gave him the location, and at first Owens didn't realize what the place was. It's happened before...
I think he was killed somewhere else and then his body was dragged there. Probably as a way to tell us something... maybe to tell us not to forget the past. You know, "those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it". So maybe the past fight between OLW and RJ is becoming significant all over again. Maybe because it reminds us of internal fight inside the same faction or MAYBE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES CURRENTLY TIED TOGETHER IN THE NIANTIC MAGNUG. Who better to tell us not to forget the past than the dead body of the man who did everything in his power to conceal it??
ReplyDeleteThat's just a more crazy theory than the rational "Jay Phillips cleaning after Niantic's past mistakes" I gave yesterday. I think both are highly posible.
And so as to how to lure him. Come on? The guy dwellt in shadows and worked covering up other people's secrets. I can see pretty much any of the suspects calling him for "yet another dirty job" requiring his puppet master skills -- pyep... still thinking on the Jay Phillips /Henry Shaw duet here... sorry the single mindedness. But still most of the other suspects could.

ReplyDeleteYou have repeatedly cited the lack of a coroner's forensic telltale report, but what would be useful for investigations, besides this, would be the police report about the crime site and body examination before it was removed.
The presence or not of blood, and of gun shells.
The physical position of the corpse, and of the clothes.
This could give you information on how long Ken was killed before.
It is not so unlikely to think that the place where Owens was killed could be MUCH further away than Washington D.C.
Not knowing WHEN, and WHERE was seen in good health the last time, any hypothesis is far too dispersive.
