ReplyDeleteI step out for one anomaly. One anomaly, and we end up here. Someone fill me in - Wolfe was going to leverage the Resistance to activate tecthulhu? Or were we fighting to control who would get the knowledge, while simultaneously fighting against Mr. Uchiha (wink) himself?

Dave Daniels OLW was going to fully activate the Tecthullu, which had absorbed Susanna and Klue.

Both sides' actions led to the Tecthullu...well, OLW did activate it but the activity at the Anomalies led to it not being fully activated.
OLW is in hiding now. He may have merged with it.
The Acolyte....not sure how she's going to go forward with this since the ENL won.
Devra is more about light vs dark than Enl vs Res right now. Also, many forget +Devra Bogdanovich was the Chair of the physics department at a prestigious University and has background in Quantum Physics - I look forward to seeing Dr. Bogdanovich go toe to toe with OLW if this does indeed continue back to the roots of the Niantic Project with a focus more on the science and tech.

ReplyDeleteI figured it would come to this eventually, given how many times he's flipped sides for his own interests.
So this is what was truly meant by XM bringing out "darker aspects in others."
Here's one issue I have with this anomaly: if it was US against OLW then how exactly could he have "won?"
ReplyDeleteIf RES won what would have been the outcome? Would OLW have been successful or would Tech-thulu have become integrated into ADA?
Kind of a major plot hole and failure since the Major NPCs on both side were saying that OLW, who had no one on the ground scoring points, needed to be stopped.

ReplyDeleteWhy aren't we hearing this from the Acolyte celebrating our victory? I heard a rumor she did have an announcement at NOLA, but those of us at secondary sites or remote don't seem to have any way to see that. Why don't you have a transcript or video of that posted, H. Richard Loeb ?
