Hmm. So the original NL may be a recursion chamber. There may be a lot of simulacra running around. This could also be a basis for the "starting over again" discussions. H. Richard Loeb, I hope that van you rode in when you visited Akira didn't take more from you than you intended....

ReplyDeleteInteresting... If what it seems here is true, the original NL vehicles may have the potential to be a Recursion chamber. And I believe quite a few of those are still in use to this day. Which means, those inside or in a close vacinity could be getting turned into Simulacras unknowingly. That is defiantly dangerous...
ReplyDeleteDevra never wanted to share what she saw. And still doesn't. But at least it seems that the HUMINT investigators got her to saw something.
But that brings a question to mind, why is HUMINT getting involved?
It will be very interesting to see what Akira has actually been up to all this time.
ReplyDeleteJarvis mentioned that anyone who has interacted with the Portals has already been 'Patterned' and can be recreated - this seems an obvious reference to Simulacra.
If the NL vehicles are patterning agents and gathering data, AND if they can serve as Recursion chambers, with a particular hunch I have, this could explain why I see a lot of coincidence in the presence of the Acolyte and NL vehicles.
One can only wonder if Jarvis, like Twila, was killed deliberately after being exposed to massive amounts of XM, specifically to surreptitiously test the Recursion Tech in the NL - and I have a strong feeling that bodies are being stored inside them....
