ReplyDeleteIt's good to know the truth about Owens finally. It seems he had a more interesting career then we thought. Understandable why he would have a few enemies. But I agree, PAC. It seems like the killing was done at the hands of a pro. Which brings Jay Phillips and Hubert Farlowe to question in my books. We have seen what they can do. As they proved with Roland Jarvis.

About Calvin, he still may have recrused, but found a way to either keep his memory, or regain access to them at a later time. Calvin and Hank Johnson were communicating after a few months ago when Hank stopped of in Washington DC to stop into his storage shed and to stop by the NIA Headquarters. With that being months ago, he may have gotten over the confusion.
But, I have a feeling it wasn't someone outside of the NIA that killed Owens. I have a feeling it was Phillips and Farlowe.
I feel it's too easy to blame Hubert Farlowe or 855 for this. Maybe I'm biased, both gentlemen do hold a special place in my thoughts, but there are others out there. Maybe not as good as these two, but they do exist

As with any potentially key resource, wars are happening all over, at many fronts, and different actors. And it's all connectes. How can you be sure that these actors are not controlled by the exogenous anyway?

Melissa yes, indeed. But I can see Phillips having motives for that too. Maybe now that he is trying to bring back the niantic project (funding and all), he needs a "fresh start" now. He could have hired 855 (and 855 would have gladly agreed) since he is the "acting director" now so probably he wouldn't want to do the killing himself now.
ReplyDeleteUltimately, I don't think who pulled the trigger is nearly as important as who gave the order.
An alternative theory could be that Jarvis was truly awake/contacted at the RPE and he has find a way to order these killings(if there are to be more) and so the placement of the body is a hint at his hand (because he would like the right people to now he is back). This is, of course, highly speculative, but I think it makes sense in the light of the evidence so far.
I wonder why H. Richard Loeb used this picture? Was Ken killed in the same location that Oliver Lynton-Wolfe was allegedly attacked?

ReplyDelete855 does follow the money. And unless +Ken Owens was a threat to Devra Bogdanovich, Hubert Farlowe would have left him alone.
As for Roland Jarvis fully waking up and hiring the Hitman...I just don't know. I'm not putting it past him, but the only "person" he ever wanted done away with was ADA.

ReplyDeleteI think it all leads to Tycho C. and the Tecthulhu. The poster of Oliver Lynton-Wolfe and Roland Jarvis fight was painted by Tycho C. Owen was protector of Tycho C. when NIA kidnapped him to El Jupiter. We also know that Ken Owen had Susanna Moyer in his hands by knowing her fathers secrets. Maybe Moyer Tecthulhu. Later Ezekiel Calvin revealed that Tycho C. is just a realization of Tecthulhu. I think DC brought Ezekiel Calvin back as they want to get deeper into Tecthulhu study. Together thay may have decided that Ken Owen knows too much and needs to be removed. As for Hank Johnson he was reporting to general Montgomery and Ezekiel Calvin from the very beginning. Seems like Niantic revival to me now with November Lima much more powerfull and upgraded. As for th killer I think Jay Phillips would not miss the opportunity for a revenge on Ken Owen had he an order.
ReplyDeleteCatalina Reyes Theoretically this could be something out of Hollywood, but I have my doubts. The passing of Ken Owen, or whatever his real name is, has to have some sort of meaning or reasoning. Judging by what I read from P.A., someone or something has an ulterior motive for doing this. None of us has the answer just yet.
