Akira Tsukasa moves fast.

Akira Tsukasa moves fast. Mere days after taking over the November Lima program, she has already put into effect a new series of competition (and coordination) based incentives for the Agents across Europe who will be able to part in NL-1331e's European…

  1. I'm wondering if they intend to put VRHS, VRMH and Frackers on all of the portals in the so called "high-output Portal Farms". I'm pretty sure the frackers will be there based on the "remain active for a portion of a day or a limited number of hacks" part of the document as that sounds identical to a fracker (10 minutes or 150 hacks).

  2. Lame. Please make sure the n1331 is on site when they say they will be and that swag is available. Portland is the last van event I bother with.

  5. Mario Valenzuela II sum of the resonators/8, round down, presumably

  6. Mario Valenzuela II I'd imagine they'd be level 8s.

  7. Mario Valenzuela II whatever level you can manage to keep them while the other team stands in the middle shooting off xmps

  8. If they hit a brown note, do they win?

  9. Major Tsukasa, what are you planning to do? This, seems strange. A good way to expose Agents to XM. A Level 8 Portal will put out a lot of XM. Not dangerous levels, but it all adds up. And you then look at the amount of portals, it gets to a high amount. I would be careful with this,

  10. It's an official event like Anomalies so nope it's not win-trading

  11. So, Akira's new experiment is determining whether she can create a competition nobody will care about?

  12. Lloyd A Si Deering Typhoon Jim The post said she would be deploying these farms. Those high output portals would be pointless if they were used up when they were low leveled, which would happen if they were in a highly contenious area (since they would constsntly be attacked).

  13. Mario Valenzuela II I know around here anywhere you put such a thing would be "contentious" the minute it started.

  14. This smells like win trading to me. Tough its official event then what will be the farming part if my city wins? This will not be win trading as well? Honestly I do not much like the idea. I think not to count official event as win trading is just due to many people being in one place at the same time so its normal that portals change a lot. So that reporting win trading is not misused for those events. But to bluntly encourage this behavior if its strictly prohibited by TOS, I do not get this. Why don't we count number of hacks or something if we want to count the most active city? And then give some frackers to people who hacked it or something.

  15. Alot of its and buts in here. It could be L8 portals in the winning faction colour that are only hackable. Ie non destroyable. Everyone will just need to wait and see.

  16. Mario Valenzuela II the post did not say that she would be deploying resonators. Deploying a fracker is also a use of that word. I have seen fracked p1, and they do give high output as described in the memo. Reading again.....i see nothing about bonus resonators nor portal level

  17. I've deployed a dirty Depends somewhere in the metro-complex.
