Yik Sheng Lee. Don't worry, if need be I will go Dr.Mudgett on the team. 😇
ReplyDeleteWe are ingressing into someone's mind... What can go wrong?
ReplyDelete(Where do I sign to absolve myself of culpability if Misty Hannah emirges from the Top Hat as a crazed psychopath with DID).
From the signup form, I take it you wouldn't have to be there in person? Can the RPE be attended remotely, comparable to the mindscape hub known as roll20 and the like?
ReplyDeleteH. Richard Loeb is there anyway off site Agents can somehow participate? (asking along with Terreus - and I am sure others)
ReplyDeleteAlso - is this something that may help Hank find Misty?
ReplyDeleteThis worries me. An RPE set up by an unknown person, in a possible Anomalous Zone. And this could be an attempt to enter Misty Hannah's Mind Palace, that currently has an unknown number of Exogenous Intelligences. Something about this seems suspicious. Maybe even all of it.
ReplyDeleteTo find out who sent it, we need to look at everything. It could have been Hank Johnson, Akira Tsukasa, Misty Hannah, or even someone else. I mention Hank in this because he has known about the previous RPGs before we did like at Navarro.
Is this RPE what we think it is for? Could it be something else? This I don't think we can answer right now. And we may not know until someone finds out in the middle of it.
I hope that everything during this will go smoothly. Something seems off and it worries me.
What kind of dark magic are you using when you call this "Remote Participation Exercise" and expect people to be physically present?
ReplyDeleteBernard Sadaka Remote Participation is framed as a RPG-that needs to be performed on site. But the RPG itself takes place in a location that isn't on site. Thus, Agents are able to use the RPG to remotely participate in events that aren't anywhere near them-or in our world.
ReplyDeleteMustafa Said How does it happen? how to participate remotely?
ReplyDeleteBernard Sadaka The idea is, I think, that using the game pieces of the tabletop RPG on-site remotely affects events elsewhere, namely in the game world. Still, I asked with reference to roll20, since that's an internet platform for actually playing tabletop RPGs without sitting together at a real desk. And the signup page for this event does let you register, even if you say you won't be able to attend in person.
ReplyDeleteH. Richard Loeb Terreus - Mustafa Said so I live in Beirut, Lebanon. Will I be able to play this game from my city/country?
ReplyDeleteIf yes, how?
If not, then this is not remote participation.
Forgive my scepticism but so far I have not seen any indicator on how a person at a remote location can play it.
Bernard Sadaka look at Operation Essex, we hold online sessions almost every weekend
