  1. H. Richard Loeb There's something we all seem to forget here. What does Devra Bogdanovich want? She has stated multiple times that she wants to start over again. And I don't think she includes the Niantic Project in this. If she asks us to help her get her memories back, we ought to do so. But I don't think we have the right to pull her back into this if she doesn't want to. So if you saved her from this situation by mentioning her past, that's fine by me - but don't urge or force her to come back against her will. That's not kosher, PAC.

  2. Yik Sheng Lee If someone really wants you to be dead, they don't incapacitiate your guards then tell you that you have "one card left to play." If ADA had wanted Devra to be dead, she would have done nothing at all.

  3. Sarah Rosen What was Devra's final card?

  4. Yik Sheng Lee You're using logic that accounts for others and their needs. H. Richard Loeb's behavior has shown time and again that all that matters is his monster. He will never question the AI's behavior even when he should for fear he will lose its favor.

I hope Devra Bogdanovich can start over, but she would have to give up what she loves and drop off the grid completely to make a real go of it. I fear the places she could go would be even more limited because of the New Wavers: althought she could out run obvious surveillance technology, we have no way of knowing who or what is watching through their eyes or listening through their ears.

  5. Kobalt Blues Devra Bogdanovich has nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. She's a simulacrum.

  6. Sarah Rosen There's always a way. It may be infinitesimal in probability of success, but it is there. Anything that is made can be unmade, maybe not destroyed, but definitely unmade oe changed.

  7. Maybe, the only way to save Devra Bogdanovich is to defeat the New Wavers. We have yet to hear what the ENL plans to achieve, which is odd since even last series the resistance was working on using the anomaly's energy towards a goal. It seems like half of the equation is missing.
