    So, are we fighting the anomaly this time just to fight an anomaly? Those obsidian time travel logs didn't point to any real motivations behind the Acolyte and Jahan wanting to control this upcoming anomaly series.

    Hell, all we know of the future were that the new wavers are ravers into scarification that will be submitting portals of things they were building (not of random crap, like trashcans or lawn gnomes, to pad their seer numbers) and that no pokemon players will loiter in the festival they were doing submissions in.

    Cesar, Jr. Santos  the last time there was a head scratcher lead up to an anomaly, like this, was Helios... But even then there was a plot since both teams were trying to stop the portal virus and as things progressed we learned that Jarvis wanted to stop OLW's plan to light up the entire world with XM because "something bad will happen" (as a result of the N'Zeer beacon being set).

    Mario Valenzuela II If I recall correctly, the first leg of Aegis Nova was Klue randomly getting post-ADA-fusion headaches and then choosing to walk into the Enlightened camp to seek help. We still have another week for a plot point to reveal itself.
